Lending itself to outdoor living, the Ekin is one of our all time favourites.

This beautiful, double layered cotton peshtemal has a simple chain weave design, reminiscent of vintage linen. Finely woven by our ateliers, it is hand finished with a subtle contrasting trim and twisted knot fringing.

Lightweight and quick drying, the Ekin is as big as a bath sheet, but rolls or folds down to about a quarter of the size, making it ideal for travel and space saving in the home.

Tip: Planning an al fresco meal for friends, or weekend brunch? Why not add a touch of vintage glamour to the table with the Ekin, which, as well as being a towel, wrap and sarong, also looks lovely as table linen!

    Buying Handmade

For small-scale, home decor artisans, their brands are their livelihoods and it reflects in the care that they take to hone their craft and produce something of real value. When given a choice between something that has been churned out by a machine in a factory and something that was beautifully crafted in someone’s garage, more consumers are opting for the latter. Every choice we make with regards to how we exercise our buying power, makes a difference.

    Detoxify Your Life

The link between physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is becoming clearer. With the move to cleaner living and mindfulness, we’ve seen a pivot towards a detox movement that affects all categories of life. Detoxing takes many forms from eating healthier, and meditating, to uncluttering your space and choosing house decor items that stimulate good moods.
